I don't own one of those Kenwood radios. Will try to get my hands on the programming software and check in there if there is any way to adjust it. 

Generally, on commercial radios, squelch levels can be adjusted on the programming software on o a programmable key on the front of the radio.

I have a Kenwood TK-762GH as a component of an APRS iGate, as well as the operating and service manuals for the radio.

Is there some way to adjust the Rx squelch level, please? The green led is constantly on, and audio is a constant noise. I would like to be able to adjust the Rx squelch level, but don't yet know my way through the buttons-menu to adjust it.
