If I remember correctly you need to do this using the programming software CE82.

 

Within CE82 you will find 3 different files:

  • DefaultV.c82 for VHF
  • DefaultUA.C82 for UHF
  • DefaultUD.C82 for UHF

Open the one that corresponds to your radio and download it to the radio. If you don't know how to do this follow the instructions on how to program a Vertex VX-2200.

 

I will install a virtual machine on my MacBook later today and try to validate this.
